Kick off your summer at Basingstoke Festival
Basingstoke’s annual free outdoor summer arts festival returns next month. Families can enjoy three weekends of free street performances from Friday 21 June to Sunday 7 July in Basingstoke town centre and across the borough. This year’s programme is packed with family-friendly performances including street theatre, dance, circus and storytelling.
Join us for the Festival opening parade from 5.30pm on Friday 21 June, where local talent and history combine in a celebratory parade, ending in a dynamic parkour finale show from internationally acclaimed dance theatre company Motionhouse. Covent Garden favourites Fit Up Productions will also perform their new show ‘Risky Business’.
