Winklebury and Manydown Community Action Group - WMCAG in conjunction with Winklebury and Manydown Growers is extremely proud to announce the first ever Winklebury Community Garden in partnership with Castle Hill Primary School (CHPS).  This collaboration provides a huge space for residents to help grow produce to give back to the community, whilst taking a little for themselves of course.  CHPS have generously given management of this space to WMCAG and any resident that would like to participate to benefit from the open space, fresh air and pride of growing their own fresh organic fruits and veggies.

"We have been trying to find a way to make our allotment area available to the community for some time and now, with the help of the WMCAG we finally have the support we need to make this possible.  We're pleased to be working closer with our community and cannot wait to see what is grown". Mr John Martin, Executive Headteacher, Castle Hill Primary School

If you have green fingers or are looking to learn from those who have or are just looking for a healthy way to get out and help your community, please message us with "I'd love to participate" and we'll message you with all the details of how you can get involved.

Kind Regards,
