Dear Parent/Carer,

SPECIAL OCTOBER HALF TERM OFFER FOR ELIGIBLE FAMILIES

With no funded HAF places available from the DfE or Local Authority this October half term, we know that finding affordable holiday childcare can be a challenge for families.

At Magna, we want to continue supporting our families who are eligible for Free School Meals (benefit-related), so we are pleased to announce a special discounted rate exclusively for eligible families for our October Kids Camps.

Monday 26th – Friday 30th October 2026

We have secured 30 discounted spaces per day, available on a first come, first served basis.

 YOUR DISCOUNTED MAGNA CAMP RATES

  • Early Start + Standard Day: 07:45–16:30 £28.50 (normal rate £38.50)
  • Standard Day: 08:45–16:30  £25.00 (normal rate £33.50)
  • Extended Day: 08:45–18:00  £27.75 (normal rate £37.75)
  • Early Start + Extended Day 07:45–18:00 £32.75 (normal rate £42.75)

That means eligible families can save up to £10 per day compared with our normal camp rates.

 CAMPS AVAILABLE IN BASINGSTOKE

Discounted spaces are available at:

Hatch Warren Infant School, RG22 4PQ

Four Lanes Community School, RG24 8Q

Our October camps will provide children with an action-packed programme of activities, giving them the opportunity to get active, be creative, make friends and enjoy a fantastic week of Magna fun during the school holidays!

ONLY 30 DISCOUNTED SPACES AVAILABLE EACH DAY

As funding is not available this half term, the discounted places are limited to just 30 children per day across our Basingstoke camps.

Places will therefore be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

👉 To request a discounted place, please complete the form below:

Complete the October Half Term Discounted Place Form

Please complete ONE FORM PER CHILD.

Once your form has been received, we will confirm whether a discounted place is available and provide the payment instructions.

 EASY PAYMENT OPTIONS

Magna accepts a range of payment methods, including:

  •  Debit & Credit Cards
  •  Tax-Free Childcare
  •  Eligible childcare payment/voucher schemes

Important: Once a discounted space has been allocated, payment must be made within 48 hours to secure your child's place.

Please note that completing the form does not automatically guarantee a place. Discounted places are subject to availability and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION

The discounted rate is only available to eligible Free School Meal (benefit-related) families who complete the form above and are allocated a discounted place.

If you independently book an October half term session through the normal Magna booking system without completing the discounted-place form, the booking will be charged at the full advertised daily session rate.

We are unable to retrospectively apply the discounted rate to bookings made through the standard booking system.

We would therefore strongly recommend completing the form before making any October half term bookings if you wish to access the discounted family rate.

 DON'T MISS OUT!

We are delighted to be able to offer this support to our eligible families despite there being no HAF funding available this October half term.

With only 30 discounted spaces available each day, we expect these places to be limited, so please complete the form as soon as possible if you would like your child to attend.

We look forward to welcoming your children to Magna Camps this October half term for a fantastic week of fun, friendship and adventure!

Kind regards,

The Magna Camps Team
