Dear Parents and Carers,


Following our communication last week regarding the potential Summer Club, we are writing to provide a final update.


Unfortunately, despite leaving bookings open until yesterday, we have not received sufficient numbers to make the club viable across any of the weeks. As a result, we have had to make the difficult decision that the Summer Club will not be running this summer.


We completely appreciate that this was a late offering and that many of you had already locked in your childcare plans. We sincerely apologise that we were unable to advertise this sooner. However, please be assured that this is something we are keen to offer in the future, and we will be revisiting this initiative next academic year with much earlier notice.

For any parents who did sign their children up, please rest assured that full refunds are being processed and will be returned to you shortly via
Arbor.
