August Adventures – a free, family-focused events programme taking place across the borough throughout August, including an event local to your school community. It’s organised by Love Basingstoke and offers fun, creative activities for children aged 3 to 13, all completely free of charge.

Your local August Adventures:

Russell Howard Park - Tuesday 26 August - 11am to 3pm (drop-in)

Activities include: 

  • Sporty spins and crafty creations with local artists Jacky Purtill and Rachel Davis. 
  • Circus skills workshop with Circus Allstars. 
  • 40ft inflatable obstacle course.
