Transport and collection arrangements: We will be relying on parent transport to get us to and from sporting fixtures. Please
return the attached form if you are able to provide a lift and bring the relevant documents to the school office by Monday 16 th
October. Children will need to be collected from school as normal at 3pm. Parents are encouraged to watch. All children must be
collected from the Chute, Sherborne St John at 4:20pm.
You will need: Football boots, water bottle. Please wear your PE kit.
