The Ark Cancer Centre Charity (based at Basingstoke Hospital) is launching a special 24-hour event where everyone in the borough can make a big difference in a small way.
Ark Day will be on Friday 21 June – a day when everyone in Basingstoke & Deane can play a part by supporting the charity that is raising £5million to help fund the much-needed NHS cancer treatment centre at Basingstoke Hospital.
For Greenbank pupils there will a non-school uniform day on Friday 21 June, with their £1 donation going to Basingstoke Ark Cancer Centre charity.
At the Rooksdown campus, (as it's the same day as Sports Day) we're asking for pupils to either bring in a £1 donation or there will be donation buckets available during the day.
